Homad’s a 4th generation fisherman who’s grown up on the Coosa his whole life, and he’s great! We took our son out with him to celebrate his 14th birthday. We ended up not catching anything—except what was on his trout line which was impressive!—but we still had a great night! It was a beautiful evening. Homad told some terrific stories, taught my son some fishing tricks, and gave us way more of his time and attention than promised—he’s just a good guy! If it’s *local* expertise and style you’re looking for, go with Homad!

We had an absolute blast hunting beavers with Capt. Khandaghabadi. I had to find something that my Texan relatives had never experienced and this fit the bill. Lots of jokes throughout the night. Great times.

Homad was awesome to fish with! We had a blast, caught a good batch of Crappie, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Homad is a great host, very easy to talk with. I know his name is unusual, but he’s just a good old Southern gentleman from Georgia, trust me, you will have no trouble communicating. I never mentioned that I was a pastor but I never heard a cuss word out of him. My husband doesn’t always get along with everybody but he really did like Homad. If you want to go fishing with someone who really knows about fishing and this area, you’ll soon see that he’s been here all his life and knows these waters and where and how to catch whatever fish you are after. It’s clear he really loves what he does! Strongly recommend him for an enjoyable fishing trip, and we will be repeat customers!!!

I took my 14 year old grandson and his friend on a quest for a big Flathead Catfish. Homad took us to all his best spots and we eventually got the big one we were after. My grandson now has his trophy cat. Homad fished cats on the Coosa all his life and knew all the tricks. His tales about the history of the area made for a very entertaining evening and a great fishing experience.

This dude is the best. He can put you on fish like no other. We went during a big rain season and he was still able to help us load the boat with fish. We had a blast 10/10 would recommend
